Group Settings?

I don't know what's going on here, but it looks like I don't appear to have access to all of my group settings in the admin area, despite being the founder. Like, under members, I can't change it from "Can only view" to being able to comment or submit stuff. Same goes for changing the outgoing affiliation requests. It basically appears as faded, and I apparently can't click on it to change anything. But "Join Requests" and "Incoming Affiliation Requests" don't appear as faded, and I CAN change. So...what the hell? Why don't I have access to all of the group settings? Someone help me out here.
